"Departamento amplio pero algo ruidoso."

El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo y tiene lo necesario para una estadía larga.

A pesar de encontrarse en Miraflores al estar en plena Av. Pardo se siente demasiado el ruido y bocinas de los vehículos que transitan por la Av. todo el día y hasta en la madrugada, lo cual dificulta un buen descanso.

La ubicación es excelente, el personas de recepción y atención de la cochera muy amables. El departamento es espacioso, tiene lo que necesita para una estadía en familia, pero no volvería

Todas las habitaciones tenían un olor intenso a humedad, que a pesar de abrir las ventanas durante el día , era insoportable durante la noche. Además, las condiciones de aseo del departamento no eran las mejoras, hallamos muchos cabellos en el baño (lava manos, duchas, repisa de la ducha, piso).

La comunicación fue buena y constante.

Las camas no tenían sábanas recieén lavadas, nos faltaron cobijas, pasamos frío. Tienen un problema con la luz en el departamento: se fue la luz un día y eso nos generó muchas complicaciones en la estancia. Al llegar nos dijeorn que si se iba en la cocina, había que reiniciar las pastillas, eso habla de que ya había un problema no atendido. Luego hubo un corto en el baño. Y estuvimos sin luz varias horas por la noche. Considero que el departamento necesita rehabilitación antes de ofrecerse como hospedaje turístico.

"Very pleasant stay"

The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view. Nice sized rooms and 3 toilets. Walking distance to several amenities. Generally safe area. Nice Heated pool. Very polite and responsive owner/manager.

Didn't love the reception team. The apartment could use a little facelift you can see some marks and dents that need a little TLC Road quite busy and can get a bit noisy, but that's Lima afterall. There were a couple of issues, but the owner and the manager were very prompt in fixing it and to keep the nuisance to a minimum.
