The apartment was very clean, it had all the necessary amenities, there is also a washing machine with laundry soap provided. The location was perfect. The staff was very responsive via WhatsApp for all our questions. When I return to Kota Bharu, I will definitely choose this hotel again. PS: The hotel is not far from KB Mall where you can eat delicious Korean Hotpot at Seoul Garden HotPot, and buy traditional Malaysian clothes at Hero Exclusive HQ
