AUThis was a large and roomy apartment. They provided good instructions for getting the keys and were available on whatsapps when we had problems. There was a broken chair on arrival which was sorted out quickly.
The poor build quality of the apartment was immediately evident, surprising me as I expect Malaysia had better building standards compared to Australia. Specific defects included water stains on the ceiling from previous leakage and a safety hazard: one of the bedroom doors had an issue so that if you close it, it can only be opened from the outside, posing a risk of being trapped inside.
