IDThe only thing that we like was the cleaner, who was willing to clean our room past midnight when we checked in, since the admin and owner were not responsible at all.
1. The room was a WHOLE MESS when we arrive, baby diapers in the bathroom, leftover snacks in the dining area, and messy bedrooms. They havent clean it after the last guess. 2. The admin is VERY SLOW RESPONSE and not responsible, we called for 5 times and they declined the calls. They claimed to have a misscommunication but was not responsible. 3. PROMISE TO REFUND BUT NO ACTION. They promise to refund as long as we check out at 1 am WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. 4. PROMISE LATE CHECKOUT TILL 4PM, but only given till 12 PM.
