Location is great, walking distance from many places of interest. Spacious and confortable. Great city views. All amenities provided. Safe.

Shower is hot some of the time. On and off. Not bad idea to have extra toilet paper for guests. Some traffic noise.

La ubicación y es un apartamento grande

No estaba limpio las fundas del sofá olían horrible tuve que sacarlo para sentarme y todo lo de cocina estaba todo mal lavado con grasa . Por el precio no cuesta nada darle un mejor mantenimiento .

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el comfort del departamento .

El único inconveniente fue que el pago no te cargan en la tarjeta sino que al momento del ingreso el pago es en efectivo.

The view to watch fireworks was the best in Lima. It had a good washer and laundry area. Everything was perfect. Very good hosts.

The location is quite comfortable—very close to the city centre, but beware—the stadium across the street is very busy, which makes the flat noisy.

I don't know what to begin with... The owner lies almost in every single line describing the flat. - In the payment method, you can simply read Visa. It was fine by me, but a week before the trip (when I can't simply cancel the booking for free, which I was inlined to do), the owner contacts me and informs me that I have to pay cash and cash only and the exact amount for they have no change. After I contacted Booking.com (and, obviously, they contacted him), the owner offered to pay via bank transfer, which I accepted, despite having to pay the commission for the international transfer, which makes the flat 10 percent more expensive. - None of the staff at the reception speaks English, despite the owner's statement to the contrary in the description. - The first thing you see when you enter the flat is the note on what to do when you check out—all in Spanish, of course. - The Wi-Fi didn't work. I rebooted it three times, then had to contact the owner by phone (guess the price of international roaming), who, in my opinion, simply didn't pay for it because he or she lives in a different city. - The Wi-Fi is not powerful enough to cover the whole flat. - The flat does not look or smell very clean. - The curtains have holes in them and are quite dirty. - The sofa has stains on it. - The kitchen appliances look old and rusty. - There was no hair dryer. - There were no free toiletries apart from two small bars of soap intended for single use. - There were no towels. There was only one of medium size, which is not big enough for a person to use after showering. - There are not 3 bathrooms; there's only 1 with an old, awful curtain full of stains. - The flat has three double beds; that's correct, but the boiler has a 50-liter capacity only. There's no chance that these six people will be able to take a shower. Find a better place to stay. Avoid this place.
