Clean bed, towels, could have been all good.

Outside above my bedroom room was the AC unit for the first floor. It was running all night and making annoying noise. Don't understand how they make such basic design mistakes.

Easy access to the apartment, which has everything what is needed for a few days. Nice and cosy environment and exceptionelly open and helpful staff.

Location is not the best, It takes a longer walk from the city center to the accommodation.

The apartment building was very well designed and comfortable. I would receive immediate responses to my emails, although I never met any staff.

This modern building is completely out of place as it is somewhat on the outskirts of Palenque, where there are no paved streets or restaurants, grocery stores, etc., nearby. My taxi couldn't make it up the roads and had to backtrack numerous times.

The space at the apartment was lovely and had everything that was needed. Kitchen, bathroom , private space for one of the beds, ac, fans, closets and even a jar of cold water inside the fridge. The owner send the complete information to access the electronic front door before the arrival.

It is 25 min walk from centro and the only way to get a taxi is to call them. Walking outside there is no taxis around the area. Pulic transportation is not very practical to get by colonia Los taxistas.

Everything ! It's a very nice and comfortable appartment. It's very clean and it has everything needed . It's safe and we can walk to the city center. The wifi was very good. I definitely recommend this place and would return.

I liked it very much. It's not luxury, it's not all new, but it's evident the host does her best to make it as good as possible. The price is right. Close to Palenque archeological sites. Access is through a keypad on the door. Parking is behind a locked gate. Cameras for safety. Good communication through Whatsapp. The road to acces is "adventurous" to say, but possible with a regular car. Depends on your driving skills and how good your insurance is. I came in through highway 199, not through the town center. Don't try the latter, or at night on your first try. There is a (funny?) brochure with tips and tricks, including that you're in a residential area and yes, there are indeed dogs barking and people singing in church. I did not find the noise a problem, it's not deliberate screaming or anything. Just life :D The kitchen is stocked with as much as you would want. Including a coffee maker and IMHO the best coffee Mexico has to offer. Delish! The shower gave warm stable water, one of those electrical showers. There is a seperate part with a bed with a good working A/C next to it. There is a mini-fan for added comfort, much appreciated. The A/C doesn't cool the whole place, but it's a good enough job. I had the unfortunate situation I came to Palenque when there was a power outage in the whole of town. I called booking.com to see if they could help but they take 24 hours to respond. I needed electricity for wifi. Nothing to do but pray for better times. There were 2 girls who came by to offer me candles to use at night, very sweet. The host apologized, but she can't control the electrical grid of the city, obviously. Laundry machine is available for a fee and upon reservation/request. I walked to town in about 15 minutes, also at night, no problems regarding safety. Friendly people. Many dogs. Make your own judgement, I'm not your dad.

The wifi is not the best. I recommend running a cable from the wifi router that's in the hallway, and connecting the cable to a wifi booster in the apartment.

It's a fully equipped mini home, with air con, very quiet, very rural, raw & indigenous. It's for those who want to live like a local. the helper is always there to assist.
