Perfect location with easy access to main routes. Easy for pick up/drop off for Grab Drivers. Not sure why someone said there were no shops nearby? You can see Medini Mall, just next to Gleneagles Hospital from the window. It took me 12 minutes to walk slowly to the mall, (past a few monkeys) which is buzzing with coffee shops, restaurants and BIG Grocer to stock up on snacks and drinks and even has a cafe inside as well. Far end of the mall is the entrance to Legoland, so if you were going there you can walk everywhere. Apartment was really well equipped. Could don with a few more drawers to put personal clothes in but it wasn’t a big deal. I stayed 4 nights. Felt like home with stunning restful nighttime views Uncle Paul was a perfect and friendly host who communicated well.

- the owner, uncle Paul is really helpful - the facilities are very complete, cookware, table ware, consumables, iron, ironing table, towels, shampoo, soap, (but no toothbrush and toothpaste), extra bed, extra pillow and extra blanket, cloth hanger - TV cable complete with netflix, internet very fast

- location is really quite. There's no minimarket or restaurant in close distance. We have to use grab food. - the name of the facility is not KumKum homestay but Grand Mehdini 2 so we have difficulties when order grab.

Lights a bit too dim in toilet.
