Place is spacious and location is good with nice view

Not well maintained. Our third trip here, unfortunately they did not maintain the facilities. Water is small, toilet door faulty, extra mattress very dirty

Apart from bad cleanliness and facilities weren’t properly maintained, one of the room bathroom's toilet flush was not functioning. Also the key was just left at the number sign of the room as the keypad locker wasn’t working. This unit should be unlisted from market rental.

We stay at Block B unit 2006, nice deco & view, comfortable bed & pillow, strategic location near to convenience store, coffee shop such as Zus, Coffee Bean & other restaurants, fast respon from owner, price reasonable, got extra pillow & bed, free parking

Dirty towel & pillow case, dusty dining table, a bit complicated during check in and check out, no mineral water, clogged sink and no hot water in downstairs shower, no deposit refund (RM200) if you smoking in the hotel & the owner never mention about this, main door key a bit difficult to use, lobby & lift area a bit dusty, smelly sofa & toilet

Clean and neat.

There are few minor rectification like Main door key looks spoilt Water leakage in toilet boulders.
