MYExcellent facility, got iron and ironing board, kettle, hot water for shower, cold air cond, washing machine (a huge plus!) and easy check in instructions
Cleanliness can be improved but still acceptable as it is not a hotel establishment. In the future, hope the owner consider to put in dryer as it will definitely increase the traffic flow!

One of the beds has squeaky sounds. No water dispenser with eveready cold& hot water.
