When i check in about 5pm, The room is very stuffy, dirty and not conducive to stay. No way to contact for immediate attention or help. The phone number (012-8268969) given was not responsive. Eventually found the Help column, but the response was too slow. by the time i received the response about 6pm, i have already paid and shifted to another room by another Management. Your system is not user friendly. Try to find way to attached the photos to show how bad is the room but there is no "attach" button or column. Wasted my time! in fact i have checked out about 6pm on 12/4/24. and have contacted your Booking.Com Service 03-77244265 yesterday at 7pm to report the issue and told the gentleman that i have check-out about 6pm. But to my surprise, i still receive email today asking me to check-out! it shows how ineffective your system is.
