Location is perfect, the famous "Lao Huang Ya Cai chicken" and the shop to buy the local souvenir is just a mere 5 minutes walk from the building. The price of the unit considered cheaper compared to other hotel/homestay at same area. The host is helpful, when I complain about the water at the toilet go down very slowly, he then bring the tool to fix it. within 30 mins.

However, there are quite many areas that did not meet our expectations: 1) When we just arrive, there are the smell of the urine at the toilet area. I thought cleaning is done prior to our arrival? 2) The hot shower is not working on both bathroom. It is working for the first few minutes, then it is not working and the water turn to cold again. You have to switch off from outside, and switch on again, then only would hot water come out from the shower. 3) The toilet bowl has the tendency to clog, as water cannot flow down, if you use slightly more toilet paper. Probably due to it is already at the threshold level. 4)The electricity is not stable, if you on the aircond, and hot shower together, the light at the living room would flash. 5) The lamp at the second bedroom is broken and keep flashing. 6) The remote control of the tv is not working at the beginning, the host help us to fix it. But the tv box is not that stable and sometime would hang. 7) The aircond in the living room need some servicing, as I start to keep sneezing after the aircond is on. We booked 3D2N, but check out at the 2nd night, as don't feel comfortable to stay due to the above conditions.

nice place to stay & very strategic. easy access and the owner (i think) at the mart is very friendly. would recommend this place 👍🏻

the third room is a bit small for two people.
