there was a water leakage next door and water flushed in to our unit via the main door when we are out

Convenience .. a short walk to famous food places in Ipoh ( new part of Ipoh) . Feels secure Getting in and out of apartment and into the building.

Wish a separate bin for recycling.

very clean, spacious, central location

The guards were very rude about swimming attire and spoilt our intentions to have a chill time at the pool. They shouted at my son and insist on inspecting each one of our attire!
