Good location. Near to the mall and other facilities. Nice view from level 16. Easy to park the car.

During my stay the swimmimg pool is still under maintenance. The toilet is still giving not good smell. No netflix even though the owner said the netflix is available.

Well the unit looks clean

The location to find the unit it's very complicated. Next I ask them to clean the room next day, they told there is extra rm40 charges for this which for its not acceptable at all.

-A good serving PIC, very helpful guidance and easy to follow. the place was very comfortable & clean. facilities & tools are well provided. -the unit smells nice -AC working well -good wifi connection -you wont b bored as the tv got netflix, there are also varies facilities of the building (pool, shops, entertainments, walking distance to mall)

-just a little smell in the toilet but no trouble as i think is due to the piping of the building, only a small matter. nothing to disturbing.

Its clean and all seems to be in working order and there's also toiletries if people forget to bring. The parking was spot on and theres pool for whtever reason if you want to enjoy it.

When we enter we note very strong smoking smell so its kinda hard to gloss over since all of us are non smoker and kind of bother us the whole stay
