The owner was unresponsive. My friend used the washing machine just once, and suddenly it stopped working. We tried to understanding lah but the audacity of not replying to us about the inconvenience? We waited for hours, but there was no response until it was time for us to check-out 😡 Finally, the owner replied "My staff just took out your shirt." WHAT? I’m not sure, but maybe the settings for mesin basuh were linked directly to the app (we even Google many times how to open the lid). So I just ask lah the owner to leave the stuffs kat office since I had a wedding area situ jugak that night & plan to pick them up later. The owner agreed, but when I arrived at the office before 7:00 PM (as promised), the owner said, "The staff forgot to drop off your shirt" and asked me to come back the next day. Really? Lollllll Then i suggest they untuk just post the stuffs but still until now no response 😃 For me, this experience showed a lack of responsibility from the owner. I remembered my stay at an Airbnb in Ipoh just a few weeks ago. The TV remote didn't work, and we wanted to watch Netflix as the host had described it as part of the entertainment. I ws the host, & within 15 minutes, their staff datang plus bagi a new remote. I gave them a 10-star rating because that's how you take full responsibility, even for a small inconvenience ☺️
