Request Type : Fine Print Location & Access: The property is not in Boracay, but on Carabao Island. To get there, fly into Boracay/Caticlan airport (MPH), take a tricycle to Caticlan Jetty (under 10 minutes), then either a scheduled or private boat to Carabao Island. Private boats drop off directly at our beach, while scheduled boats arrive at Carabao Jetty, where a tricycle or motorcycle taxi (about 10 minutes) is needed to reach the property. Transportation: Scooter rentals, tricycles, and motorcycle taxis are available on Carabao. The property is a short walk from the beach, but it's on a cliff, so the beach is accessed by a 3 minute walk down. Food & Groceries: There are grocery stores in Carabao, or our site manager, Rose, can arrange deliveries based on a provided list. Several restaurants offer delivery. Amenities: The property includes access to a pool and is accessible from all apartments. WiFi is stable, suitable for long-term stays. Cash/ATM Withdrawal: If you have a FOREIGN CARD (i.e. not Philippines) then you CANNOT use ATMs to withdraw cash on Carabao Island. We advise that you draw cash prior to arrival in Caticlan or Boracay. We apologize for this inconvenience. Additional Services: Our site manager can help coordinate all logistics, including transportation, grocery shopping, food delivery, and arranging for meals or a private chef if desired. Any other needs during your stay Pet Policy: Inquire for specific pet fees and policies.Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Superb villa with magnificent views, a pool and a great beach for snorkelling nearby."

This villa is in a really calm place less than 10 minutes walk from the main road. The house is a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the view which is magnificent. A 10 minutes walk from the villa (up the hill (to the right) and then down the hill) is a great beach for snorkelling (the left side of Langitan beach). We spent three hours there all alone.

Not much to dislike here. We had a short power outage which lasted for 15 minutes, if I should try to mention something.

Amazing views and location. Really clean and well maintained. Rose is a great host and was very helpful and friendly. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the boats fishing. And the sunsets in the evening are beautiful!

Little bit difficult to access as there is no road, just a small path.

Zum entspannen eignet sich die Wohnung sehr gut. Es ist abgelegen mitten in der Natur. 10min zu Fuß erreichen Sie den Strand bei dem Sie Ihre Ruhe haben. Pool ist sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und helfen bei allen Fragen.

- Sehr schlechtes Internet - Zimmerreinigung täglich mussten wir extra bezahlen - Waschmaschine war defekt, mussten extra bezahlen das Sie unsere Wäsche waschen - Nicht mit Auto erreichbar nur Scooter oder zu Fuß

"Fantastic villa on a secluded location with the best view ever."

When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

"A beautiful view, a spacious villa, luscious forest, private beach, beautiful weather"

Breathtaking view from property,enjoyed scenery from the balcony, beach is very nice for swimming at the shore and relaxing. Villa is decorated tastefully ,spacious living space large bedrooms with direct balcony access and bathrooms were very clean, Pool was spacious and open, with a stunning ocean view and ledge room for drinks and such. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this place offers way more for price , highly recommended 😃

I could not find anything that I didn’t like.
