Glory beach resort 2 bedroom seaview apartment

Lokasi dan kemudahan memuaskan, namun tahap kebersihan apartment agak mengecewakan. Diharapkan pihak pengurusan dapat memberi perhatian yang lebih terhadap aspek kebersihan demi keselesaan tetamu. Penginapan ini mempunyai potensi yang baik, tetapi keadaan kebersihan kurang memuaskan. Beberapa bahagian kelihatan tidak dibersihkan dengan sempurna. Semoga penambahbaikan dapat dilakukan pada masa akan datang. Kebersihan perlu dipertingkatkan agar pengalaman tetamu menjadi lebih selesa dan menyenangkan.

My personal review is i really like the environment which is easy to access to swimming pool and beach.. My family happy so much..

My room facing the swimming pool was not clean. I could smell an unpleasant odor on the pillow and blanket, as if they had been used previously without proper washing. For future guests, please ensure that pillowcases and blankets are thoroughly cleaned before check-in. This kind of issue can create a negative impression of Glory Beach Resort, especially since guests are paying for their stay. I hope this matter can be taken seriously and improved moving forward. This is my second time staying at this unit. During my previous stay, everything was fine, but this time it was a disappointing experience.

Room is clean. convenient with family. strategic place with surrounding facilities and needs. All facilities are functional and workable. Hopefully will stay in next planning trip.

Got glass with alcoholic brand. For Muslims occupants, it's not comfortable for them. Hopefully will provide with neutral glass or non others brand for easier uses. others are okay and acceptable
