washing machine is totally damaged and the staff are not believing , the sofa is very very small, the kitchen is not that clean, the staff are arrogant and not supporting, no AC at the living room,

"But overall i enjoyed the stay. Food is easy to get from downstairs eventhough couldnt cook"
