The owner spent time explaining in detail on how how to get to the, Apt and access to the unit is hassle free and entry with ease. Facilities amenitiesties functions as expected. Quiet air-condition and relatively the unit have new furniture's. Easily house 8 pax as it has 1 queen n 1 double deck in each room. Smart TV is good as add-on. The security guards were polite and prompt. Access to the beach via the small gate helps. For the price, I say...it exceed my expectations.

The blankets, although they look clean, have some odours.

No toileteries, no towel, Limited kitchenware, no cooker, Need to pay deposit Too many step to check in process Uncomfortable mattress... Like cheap fabric Not suitable blanket.. should be thick like comforter because the air was cold at night The outside surrounding quite gloomy and no people.. quite scary for some other people but not me.. haha Gate excess to the beach only until 7pm.. The guard not there when we arrived after 7pm... Luckily we are not lost there... Should be place a more responsible person at the guard house.

Nearby Pantai and Shop. Swimming Pool walking distance only. Owner very friendly and provide us TV with link to YouTube (recorded and uploaded a few programme) and my children's like game inside the link in the TV.

The backdoor gate to the beach lock all the time we cannot go walking distance to the beach. We have to travel by car. Internet was very slow at apartment, which I believe not owner fault. My wife complain on the microwave which she say not working even though she already push the button several time and got the power button switch on.

Good location, friendly and helpful owner. Quiet and peaceful stay, very near to Pantai Purnama beach. Has beds for 8 pax. Food joints and markets are quite close by

Upkeep of bathroom fittings and some furniture like table and sofa needs to be improved
