"Our stay is excellent."

The unit is clean and the location is near the city proper. Cookware and flatware were provided and ready for use. Good value for the money.

However, I think the A/c unit is small for it’s floor area. The room can’t get cool temperature eventhough the A/c is running. Extra fan should have been provided for ventilation.

Complete appliances and everything you will need for a short stay—there’s soap, slippers, complete kitchenware, hairdryer, towels, flat iron, hangers, dining set. Responsive owner, very easy checkin checkout.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Upon checking in, the room was very clean and smelled great. The instructions were also sent via email upon booking, so we didn’t have to look for the Wi-Fi password anymore. Since we have a toddler, it was great that the owner’s TV had YouTube and Netflix available. The shower pressure was also strong, and there is a heater as well. What was even more amazing is that the place is very close to many establishments. We were able to visit Aida’s Lechon Manok, Ayala Malls, BongBong’s (Lacson branch), Merzci, and Sharyn’s Cansi House — all within a 10-minute walk. So it is very convenient. For the price, this is the most affordable room compared to other units available in Cityscape. If we had more time to stay, we could have tried the pool located on the top floor, which the guard said is free for guests. Thank you, and God bless the owner.
