BYOur stay here was really good. The apartment itself was very clean and cosy, we had everything we needed. The tram stop is nearby so you can get to the city centre very quickly by tram or walk along the embankment, if you prefer. We were sent very clear check-in instructions, so we didn't meet the host in person but the communication was very pleasant. We'd like to stay here again :)
