The cleanliness and it’s quiet because it’s facing the courtyard instead of the road

Not much. It’s slightly away (15mins bus ride from city center) but it’s still convenient because the bus and tram infront of the building. The building maybe slightly older but the apartment looked new or at least they maintained it well.
