Lokalizacja na peryferiach z doskonałym skomunikowaniem z resztą miasta. Blisko przystanki autobusowe, sklepy, knajpka, usługi. Nieco dalej, ale w odległości spaceru, przystanek tramwajowy. Czyste mieszkanko, dobrze wyposażone, ciche, z balkonem. Wygodne łóżko. Zapewniono ręczniki i niezbędne akcesoria domowe (w tym piekarnik, toster, mikrofala, ekspres przelewowy). Naczynia kuchenne nieco już sfatygowane, ale szło ogarnąć posiłki :)
