Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy promenadzie niedaleko molo, duży parking, widok na morze, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, zmywarka i pralka, bardzo miła obsługa biura, przestronny balkon z meblami i stolikiem, ogromne okna, które dają mnóstwo przestrzeni, światła i pozwalają obserwować morze, słodki upominek na przywitanie, czysto i schludnie. Pod budynkiem bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy oraz przemysłowy. Dwie windy w budynku.

Bardzo niewygodne kanapy w pokojach dziennych (kiepska opcja do spania)
