"Poor"

Location was good, and breakfast across street was good.

The room needed upgrades. The bathroom and furnishings were outdated. The main entrance and very confusing. Main entrance is in front of a GARBAGE DUMP !!!! UGH !!!

"Superb"

The position is perfect, the self check-in worked perfectly with the host indications. Furthermore, breakfast until 12 and the checkout possible until 11 make the experience very relaxing.

The entrance to the building is dark, lights do not switch on immediately, so in the night we needed the phone light to proceed through the first stairs.

Perfect location, close to main monuments and attractions, close to main train station, easy access to buses and trams. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet.

Entrance to the building not easy to find. Glad we had instructions from the host.

"Would not recommend whatsoever!"

The location to the old town.

Apartment was very cold, no heating at all. Apartment very very noisy day and night. Creaking noises all night, could hear people all night. No lift so had to carry pram up and down the stairs. My 2 year old was very sick and unfortunately was sick on the carpet. The owner came in, cleaned it and stormed out again and didn't ask if myself or the baby was ok when I was very clearly distressed. The next day as I was at the chemist she messaged me to say I had to give her £40 to get the carpet cleaned and to come and get my stuff and leave. I was left stranded with a sick 2 year old and had to go to the airport 5 hours early. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Didn't feel the safest either if I'm being totally honest. The breakfast place she sends you to for breakfast is horrible. Nothing for my daughter to eat at all. Just generally not a nice woman and apartment isn't the best. No toaster no heat. Choose a hotel for a couple of pounds extra. I wish I had of!
