-lokalizacja ok blisko na wieczorne spacery do łazienek - piękny widok za oknem na oświetlony Pałac Kultury i pozostałą wysoką zabudowę

-parking za obiektem praktycznie nie dostępny pozostawał tylko parking płatny -brak odpowiedniej ilości zastawy na daną ilość osób a to co było to była wielka zbieranina kubki nie domyte -brak środków chemicznych ( kostek) do zmywarki -w szafkach pozostałości jedzenia po poprzednich najemcach ( nie zdatne do spożycia) -barierka przy wejściu po schodach do sypialni na poddasze umocowana taśmą przylepną i opaskami zaciskowymi (trytytkami) - bardzo brzydki zapach na klatce schodowej - mieszkanie ogólnie bardzo zimne

El sitio esta bien situado, al lado de uno de los parques que hay que visitar en Varsovia

No todas las camas tenían sábanas, a los colchones se les notaban los muelles y la escalera estaba suelta.
