Very good location well served by the public transport. The studio was clean, although the sheets and towels don’t give this impression because they are overused.

The noise from the avenue (trams and autos) was unbearable. In addition to that, for people like me that haven’t easy sleep, the lack of dark color curtains is a weakness of this studio.

A really nice, clean, cosy, and warm flat. I appreciated that soap, shower gel, shampoo, and tea were provided. It’s located in a nice area, just a 5-minute walk to the shops. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable, and having stayed in a few Airbnbs before, I would definitely come back. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth.

It’s a shame that the owner does not seem to address the feedback left by previous guests. I believe the price is a bit too high for single occupancy, especially as the cleaning fee appears to be charged per day rather than per stay. I left the flat in the same condition as I found it, so this felt excessive. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the bed is uncomfortable, and I can confirm this as a very easy sleeper (I’m not usually picky about mattresses). The bed is uneven — higher on one side and lower on the other — and I kept sliding into a dip in the middle. The lower part of the window does not have a blind, so I had to improvise to block the light. Overall, the blinds are quite old, and the apartment is very bright, which makes sleeping difficult. Some of the glasses and cutlery were not clean and should be rewashed before use. The towels did not smell fresh. The bed linen was of poor quality and far too thin for winter. The shower leaks from the right corner, causing a significant amount of water to spill onto the floor. Instead of the small couch under the TV, a desk and chair would be much more practical for guests who need to work. It would also be helpful to provide clearer instructions or photos showing how to find the property, as it was difficult to navigate. The lift in the building is very old and a bit scary to use, and there is some street noise; however, I understand that these are not issues controlled by the owner. If these points were addressed, this apartment could easily be a 10/10.

Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko centrum, przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, kawalerka jest niewielka, ale ustawna. Mieszkanie nie jest w klasie premium, ale dla zwykłego turysty powinna wystarczyć. Mieszkanie ciepłe (byłem w czasie 18 stopniowego mrozu w nocy). Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty, zastawę i naczynia. Kawalerka w kamienicy o klatce wymagającej odnowienia, ale to nie wina gospodarza, sąsiedzi byli niegłośni. Nieco dobiega hałas z ulicy, ale do przeżycia.

Zestaw sztućów wymaga wymiany, przydałoby się coś do zasłonięcia dolnego prawego okna, bo na pozostałą część okna są żaluzje.
