Pytanie o personel, przecież nikt go nie widział. Miło byłoby mieć informacje o możliwości pobytu zwierząt w momencie rezerwacji a nie po zarezerwowaniu pokoju. No i te kary?

"Ogólnie spoko ale mogło być lepiej"

Odległość od centrum miasta, personel jak najbardziej na plus, pokój który dostałam jako pierwszy był brudny lecz po telefonie do osoby zarządzającej sytuacja od razu została rozwiązana, zmieniono nam pokój na miejsce o podwyższonym standardzie co satysfakcjonowało nas. Łazienki czyste, jak również część wspólną kuchenna wyposażona była spoko.

Obiekt posiada drobne niedociągnięcia, na wejściu wita nas już bardzo brudny dywan, w pokojach brudne zasłony, jak również okropne wykładziny,człowiek brzydzi się stanąć na nich gołą stopą.
