dobra lokalizacja, samo centrum Łodzi, ale daleko do środków transportu publicznego

Bardzo akustyczny lokal, szczególnie sufit, a sąsiedzi z góry hałasowali pół nocy. Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience. W ofercie był podany serwis filmowy online, ale nie był dostępny; może za dodatkową opłatą, ale tego nie podano w ofercie.

Super lokalizacja, blisko do ulicy Piotrkowskiej, dworca. W pobliżu sklepy, piekarnia. Mieszkanko nieduże ale dla trzech osób w sam raz. Dobrze wyposażone. Duży plus to parking. Przemiła i pomocna właścicielka. Jeśli będziemy ponownie w Łodzi skorzystamy na pewno.

Przydałby się wyższy stół i dodatkowe światło w łazience. Ze wzgledu na sklepy żabka i stokrotkę bywało głośno (trafilismy na czas gdy byla parada równości) i trzeba było zamykać okno co w upalne dni powodowało że robilo się gorąco.
