Na plus zasługuje: - sposób zameldowania - okolica i lokalizacja - wielkość mieszkania - balkon choć przydałoby się tam jakieś krzesło - wyposażenie dobre : - sprzęt do prasowania - suszarka - mikrofalówka - spory zestaw akcesoriów kuchennych - czysto choć łatwiej utrzymać czystość na jaśniejszych meblach

- zbyt cienki materac (twardy, dla mnie ok, dla męża za bardzo) - dziurawa pościel - zbyt małe prześcieradło w stosunku do materacy - gdyby ktoś potrzebował pralki to brakuje w niej szyby - wykładzina w sypialni miała plamę i chyba lepiej ją wymienić na panele - abażury w lampkach nocnych proszą się o wymianę
