Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum. Zapewnione ręczniki, pościel, poduszki oraz najważniejsze rzeczy.

Jedno łóżko, które było oznaczone w ogłoszeniu jak rozkładana kanapa, było zepsute i nie było można jej rozłożyć, przez co było jedno miejsce do spania mniej. Dwa zepsute kontakty, mieszkanie było posprzątane przy odbierze, ale nie do końca dokładnie, były miejsca gdzie w ogólnie nikt nie zaglądał.

"Totalne nieporozumienie"

Lokalizacja.

Warunki noclegu były skandaliczne. Brud, syf w całym mieszkaniu (podłoga, firanki, łazienka itd.), wyrwany kontakt, niesprawne ogrzewanie (przy temperaturze bliskiej 0 stopni tej nocy na zewnątrz), niesprawna suszarka do włosów, brudne firanki i zasłony. Ponadto brak kontaktu ze wspomnianą w otrzymanej od właściciela Panią koordynatorką. Dopiero po kontakcie na numer właściciela udało nam się skontaktować i Pani koordynatorka miała dowieźć dodatkową pościel, co się niestety nie wydarzyło. Zero kontaktu. Musieliśmy spać w swetrach i spodniach, okryci kocami. Rozumiem, że jest to nocleg budżetowy (na prawdę), ale nawet za taką cenę czystość i ciepło (szczególnie w sezonie zimowym), to chyba jednak podstawa. Powyższe zgłoszone do właściciela obiektu i samego serwisu Booking - brak reakcji :(
