Floriańska Glamour Apartments

Amazing location. Checking in was fine, once we figured out the outside key code. Keys were then in a coded lock box. The apartment has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and it was very modern. We would 100% stay again in future.

It was a little too hot and we were advised not to mess with the temp, so we opened a window when it became too much. Other than this it was perfect

Heater could not be adjusted nor switched off. It was too hot at night (when external temp was ca, 10 deg C). Opening the window meant through night noise due to the weekend and the street appears yo be a hangout for local and tourist population. Didn't sleep for the 3 nights we were there. The staff was supportive and came to the apartment to check despite being a Sunday and tried to switch off the heater by switching off the mains in the switchbox but the heater would not still turn itself off!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the staff at the nearby office provided prompt and courteous service.

The hot water during showers was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding and freezing. The heating was also problematic, as only one of the three radiators worked, leaving the bathroom quite cold. While the living room maintained a stable temperature, I’m unsure how it would fare in colder weather. Additionally, the internet was slow and often disconnected, as it relied on a portable 4G router. Overall, the apartment was relatively clean, and with some repairs to the furniture, it could be a great choice for visitors to Krakow's Old Town.

The way the receptionist has handled our check in. The Room wasn’t ready on check in time, even we called her 3 hours before arrival.
