location is good.

air conditional does not function well. Beside there is not lift from the car park to lobby , elderly people face difficulty to walk all the way from basement to ground floor.

we like the size of room facilities in the room the view from the room

too much charged on cleaning 70RM where as no cleaning performed cleaning charges should be returned to me

Rizwan's service is very good, and the house is so clean. They requested a RM200 deposit (unnecessary). The cleaning fee is so high! The sea view was so beautiful.
