Only the TV channels that can satisfy my stay.

Kitchen basin continue stuck after few minutes even it has been fix by the staff When we make booking, already indicate that we have 5 adults and yet toilet rolls given 1 new roll and the other 2 roll being used before, both left quarter roll only, when request for replacement, request was rejected.

"A memorable vacation time with family. Worth for money staying and very convenient location."

Overall was very good, met my expectation. The location was so strategic and convenient, easy to go anywhere in Penang. The unit quite big, the beds are very comfortable and more than enough for 6 of us.

1 of the of the water heater in the 2nd room not functioning. The main door stopper not functioning. Others are good.
