1) Ways to enter the unit was not clear. The host only share the google location, "register at guardhouse" and then informed "the key is in the box next to the door" that shows unit number B-*-**. Thats all! I have to ask which block, where is the parking, which floor, before finally found our way in The host should said a) register at guardhouse, b) carpark number is **** located about 15feet to the left of the guardhouse, c) The unit is located at Block B i.e. to the left of the guardhouse. d) enter the lift, unit is at Level 6, once exit the lift turn to left and walk all the way to the end to find unit number B-*-**, e) keys located inside the box next to the door with password number **** 2) To access the unit from main road is through residential area and schools, thus so many road bumps. if u r planning to drive in out many times from the unit to outside, its very annoying. 3) 3 bedrooms, while 2 bedrooms and living room has airconds, the 3rd bedroom no aircond. My 2 sons have to fight for the air-cond room. 4) only 1 bath have hot water, the 2nd bath dont have hot water. No shower gel, soaps, shampoos provided at all. 5) TV is a free terrestrial tv, which is ok but annoying thing is the cable connection is broken, if u touch the cable (to arrange it facing u for easier remote control usage), the transmission lost. 6) No rubbish room located on the floor or even in the grd floor near lift. We search all over the apartment complex until we finally found at the end of the complex area. The host should tell during the checkin the location of the rubbish room. 7) Tiny swimming pool (suitable for 7yo & below) 8) check out time is very strict, the landlord ask u to leave at 12noon as cleaner will arrive. I have to negotiate with the landlord that the booking site says checkout is between 12-12.30. By 12.30 exactly, already a knock outside the door.

Very clean, comfortable, and value for money. Only thing should put some instructions to use the tv.
