"Pretty alright."

I like that it was quiet and the space is huge.

The toilet is not cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen utensils are used up, old, and not cleaned.

The host is a nice person

The facility need maintenance for the door , the sink , the bed, kitchen appliances, and the windows. They all non functional. Ants and flies were all over the facility. There was a very load noise from next door due to renovation work.

"Nice 1BR-Condo with a good pool close by to Limketkai Shopping Mall."

What really impressed me was the security Guards at the front gate and also the security Guards in my unit complex. They were very professional and courteous. I also liked the Shower, I enjoy a very hot shower, and it didn't disappoint. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was good. The kitchen was also good, enough plates pots and pans and a powerful little cooktop. Wi-Fi also very good and fast.

I did notice a few creepy crawlies in the food pantry but nothing to worry about.

No hot water in shower, having to pay today and swim tomorrow and payP200 adult P100 child. No management on site, if 6need something you call someone and they get in touch with cleaning person to bring the items you ask for . I am not happy about it and will never stay there again. We are going back in November and will find another place. I am sure this will not get posted.
