The location was excellent! Loved the roof top - we take walks every morning and enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains.

The noise factor from the neighbouring dogs with non-stop barking through the night. The towels provided were not good. It does not absorb water from your body. They need to invest in good quality towels.

The view at the balcon and the cleanliness of the house.

There is no flatiron.

The apartment was compact with two double bedrooms and a mattress. It had most equipment you might need for a stay and the parking was well organised. Initial communication with the owner was good, but broke down during our stay. There is a lovely Cafe downstairs, but only open until 5pm.

No AC. One bedroom had a very loud rechargeable fan and the other bedroom had a useless ceiling fan. We asked for another fan which was eventually delivered. The bedding was terrible... Crinkled up polyester type bedding for the sheet and cover... Which made you heat up even more! No response from the owner/ manager about this. Knives provided to cut, but no knives to spread butter! When we arrived, there was a sound of gushing water... Looking in the bathroom a value had come off the hose. Getting in touch with the contact was impossible as she didn't answer the phone. We had the foresight to switch off the water supply... But absolutely no thanks for saving their water bill or an apology for the inconvenience this caused... As we sat downstairs to wait for it to be fixed.
