Overall the room is quite ok. Clean water and basic utensils were provided.

Not so good experience with the check-in: We were running late so the caretaker kept on texting us where we are and what time we will arrive, pressuring me to prioritize the check in even though I replied multiple times that I was stuck in traffic for 3 hours and I cannot control it. Another bad experience was that upon check-in, she told us that the parking fee in the nearby parking lot increased to around 500 (not even a definite price, she was discussing it with the other security personnel). The original advertized pricenin booking.com was 100-150 per day for paid parking. Finally the owner agreed to pay half of our parking fees. Upon checkout, the guards had some trouble finding my ID (you need to leave an ID in the reception area). They searched the ID for around 10 min.

Everything is nice from the staff, location, and the unit itself. ❤️

Actually nothing, but suggest to provide additional cleaning materials like maps and rugs for the renters to maintain the of the unit.

Location was suited for our purpose. Very near to convenience stores. Clean and refreshing.

It was far away from the clubhouse and parking. We didn’t get the private parking which is in the building itself and it was not available anyways. And I think the bath towels, bed and pillow sheets were not washed thoroughly since it didn’t smell like it was.. Otherwise it was a good place to stay short term.
