Pico de Loro Lagoon View

The unit is clean, has a perfect Lagoon view, and has kitchen appliances and an adequate water supply. They also have soap, hamper, pullout sofa bed, wine glass, utensils, rice cooker, water heater and more. The sheets were clean. Strong wifi signal, with Netflix, Prime and Alexa. The aircon is sufficient for the entire room. They don't have a proper dining table though which is understandable probably to save space, they have a bar table instead. The swimming pool was warm and the pool height is just enough esp if you're with kids. The facility has recreational areas like basketball court, tennis court, playground, etc but we never tried using it. There's a massage service but the basic one costs Php1600. The entire beach club is really huge. I like that the facility provides all-round shuttle service since the beach area is far from the building. But we enjoyed walking since the view was nice. The owner of the unit and the caretaker were so accommodating and actively responded to our messages. So I want to thank them for their warm gestures.

The registration process was too much of a hassle, took us 20mins before we were registered. The facility staff (not the unit owner's staff) have asked us to pay extra for the environmental fee, 200 per head. It was not indicated on the confirmation email that I received. So I showed it to her, that's when she acknowledged the right price that we booked. Card payments only in the restaurants. There was no trolley to help us move our things. We waited too long for a trolley but to no avail. We have to carry our things up to 6th flr, good thing a staff helped us carry 1 bag when he saw that I have my 3 kids with me too. The lifeguard was rude. There was no nearby comfort room in the pool area. I tried the one near the recreational area but it was under maintenance. The ocean waves/current were too strong, you literally cannot swim even if you're just a few meters away from the shore. But the beach was clean, no rocks and stones even underwater. The food was really expensive but didn't really taste good. I suggest you bring your own food. It was really disappointing. But nonetheless, our kids enjoyed our stay and that's what's important. But this does not reflect the unit owner's service because they were really AMAZING. It's more of a feedback towards the beach club.

The room is exactly what’s in the photograph and the lagoon view is outstanding, overall we were very pleased with our stay. We can highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Not enough toilet rolls for our two tonight stay, especially the room can accommodate 6 people and it’s only 4 of us.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is near the country club we can easily go for a walk. I like the bed linen, it smells good.

I would love it if there are enough floor mats.

Beach is beautiful. Lovely setting. Lots of food options on site, with cooking available in unit. Wifi worked great. Host and caretaker were very responsive, and dealing with condo staff was easy. Shuttle available to beach, great for older folks. We were very happy and would highly recommend.

About the size of a studio apartment, so a little cramped for 6.
