The property is cozy and very straightforward

It is too far from the parking lot. Though there is a shuttle but it would be better if they allow us to park since there are vacant slots around the area.

They are responsive and willing to assist with our requests. They are friendly, respectful and courteous. They allowed us to check in earlier than the specified time without extra charge. No hassles in the process of booking, checking in and out. They have even available vouchers for the swimming pool which is my favorite specially the heated pool. The building has great amenities. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Cool Suites is in the middle of our destinations.

Parking information was not clear, it is not 150 as what was previously stated. Parking is about 1 km away from the building.

Price

The inconveniences for the parking, I pay 450 so i can park on the basement for the same building, but i advised to transfer my car to different building, bec. The caretaker made mistake for double book. Take note that we arrived first. The caretake message us that night informing us to transfer the car
