Very clean.Very quite relaxing

The building was spotlessly clean. Though it has above thousand flats/ condos. Public areas, lifts, security was excellent. A little bank, ATM, mini market, laundry and Chinese restaurant are handy for tourists and long stay guests. Wifi was good.( Only in the room) Not public areas.

My tiny Condo was on the 39th floor. Very tight and over furnished like a car boot sale outlet. One can hardly move and use the things available. Big screen TV and watching distance is 4 feet, folded dining table/ two stools can't be used so cramped. Balcony after the A/ C unit is 2feet 7 inch × 2feet. Access to the balcony is only after removing or moving the sofa set. One side of the bed is stuck with the wall. So one has to jump or cross over another to use toilet or kitchen facing each other. Over decorated and stuffed makes a feeling of sleeping in a warehouse.

What I like about the property is the location as what mentioned on the description,The host Hamid was really good in communicating, he quickly responded to my questions and enquiry.

It has swimming pool for my son

Quite crowded too many furniture that make the small space smaller. Decorations and colour of covers not of my taste. Cleanliness is good and owner is accommodating and informative.
