Overall Recommendation: Very Unrecommended Our stay at this apartment was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. Owner & Check-in Experience The owner was extremely rude in her dealings with us. While the check-in time was stated as 3 PM, there were no instructions that there is no waiting area. When we arrived earlier, the owner refused to offer any assistance, so we had to carry our luggage on our own into the compound. Moreover, when we asked for the apartment key, she refused to hand it over until the deposit was paid, which felt unwelcoming and unhelpful. Facilities The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The walls were dirty, and many items inside the apartment looked outdated (see attached photos). The windows in one of the rooms are dangerously low (about 50 cm from the floor), which makes them unsafe for children. The bathrooms are also problematic—the sinks and shower areas get easily blocked, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. Location The apartment is located far from restaurants and other amenities. It is also difficult to get a Grab or taxi from there, which made moving around more stressful. (Attached photos for reference). Final Note This place did not meet expectations for cleanliness, safety, or hospitality. For families or travelers looking for a comfortable stay, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Der Check-in war einfach, wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen, haben 5 Minuten gewartet und es kam jemand der uns den Schlüssel übergab. Wir mussten 100 Ringit Kaution hinterlegen. Weiter hatten wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und konnten mit dem Aufzug hochgefahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, es gibt 4 Doppelbetten, ein Bad und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Es hat noch einen Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühle. Alles gut eingerichtet und funktionell.

Es gibt keine Steckdosen im Bad, man kann sich nicht die Haare Föhnen wenn man geduscht hat. Dann steht in der Beschreibung, man sollte ruhig sein von 22:00 - 7:00 Uhr. Über uns war Lärm bis ca 1:00 Uhr in der Nacht und es ist sehr hellhörig.
