GREENFIELD studio w/ 2 queen across Shangrila

I liked the location, the building and the owners. The owners were helpful and answered me when I ever I needed support.

The studio unit is in need of renovation and maintenance. The floor planks are lifting, which created a tripping hazard for my elderly parents, and the floors were not clean upon arrival. Additionally, no towels were provided. We had to buy towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and bottled water. There are also safety concerns, as the electrical box for the water heater in the bathroom is loose and hanging off the wall. The hot water was not functioning in both the kitchen and bathroom, requiring a maintenance call. The cable box was not operating properly and needed to be reset multiple times throughout the day. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the room and ultimately stopped working during our stay, necessitating another maintenance visit.

Very clean, friendly staff. Nice touch having toiletries stocked. Excellent value for the price. Highly considering staying here again

Internet failed, not sure if due to ISP issue. A bit noisy during the day since you can hear the noise from the road.

The location was great! You're close to everything: mall, drugstore, 7-11, etc. The staff were friendly too!
