MYThe location was excellent as its linked to the Sunway Pyramid mall.
As we were driving, locating the entrance into the car park was bit messy as they management could have changed the entrance to the car park, but the host could have overlooked to update it on the instruction manual. So we struggled a bit to locate the entrance into the Resort Suite car park. And we also struggled to find the car park lot, instruction indicated to park at lB2-B6, so we thought the car park lot as at level B2 lot B6, but the correct instruction was to park at any spot within level B2 to level B6

The mailbox passcode was changed before I locked out at 7:05 am. I couldn't contact the host for the new passcode. An hour later at about 8:05 am, the host finally responded to my many text messages by sending me the new passcode. Why did the host change the passcode before I could check out? I could have reached the airport an hour earlier!
MYThe owner/ person incharge friendly and fast respond. Most important things, super convince walk distance to sunway mall.. I love it
