The location is average in terms of convenience. The only train nearby is a commuter express train, running approximately every 30 minutes. It connects you to the city center. An express train to the airport also passes nearby, but doesn't stop there, so to catch it, you need to take the commuter train one stop toward the city center and then transfer to the Aeroexpress train going back. There's also a metro station, but it's a 2-kilometer walk. Overall, the area is fairly quiet. There's security guards at each block, and the entrance is secured with an electronic lock. The room is fairly inexpensive, but you can find better options for the same price. The kitchen has plenty of dishes.

1 out of 10 for such great service. It doesn't matter that you can't reach the owner by phone; we tried for an hour and a half, but finally managed to get through. In fact, the email you receive in advance contains a complete guide, and you can check in yourself if you're willing to read it thoroughly. But the apartment itself deserves a separate mention: 1. Cockroaches 2. No hot water. The plumbing is broken; the shower faucet has an arrow pointing in the direction to turn on the water (cold only). The bathtub is visibly stained with black dirt. The sink faucet constantly leaks. 3. The front door is wooden and weakly held together. The door lock is a homeopathic, as there's a large crack in the wood that widens if you tug on the door while it's locked. A little more force and the crack will break completely, and the door will open. There's no storage locker in the room. 4. The windows have no handles, the fittings are broken, they're impossible to close, and the wind howls through them at night. What happens if a typhoon hits? And the view of the lake is rather conditional. 5. There are no bed sheets at all. 6. The elevators in the block are tired, and the security system is faulty. I tried to stop the doors from closing with my foot (as one of the elevators only opened for a few seconds), but the doors caught my foot and wouldn't open. I barely managed to get it out.

Location of the residence which is close to shopping mall and restaurants

The owner does not provide common necessities that are usually provided by homestay or hotel, e.g., toiletries at all (no body and hair shampoos), mineral water. Plates and basic kitchen items are also limited. Electronic items such as toaster don't look in good condition to use (no hygienic). The units don't look very well-mainted for rent. Really hope the owner can improve the unit quality. Thanks

Suitable for couple..but not for large family

Spacious, hot bath.

Aircond is not powerful, couch bed is not comfortable, overall facilities are old and not maintained well. Most crucial is the room door, looks like it could break down with a kick.
