Nothing. No safety, no hygiene, no hospitality and owner being defensive upon giving review as attached pictures of this stay here.

No honesty marketing this homestay as advertised in Booking.com 1. The balcony view is not as advertised 2. TV not working, when asking for assistance no reply afterwards for mitigation. 3. Main door cannot be locked (is this considered as customer safety? When asking the owner he replied that it's not within budget 😅) 4. Main drill cannot be locked (using hanger for support🤣). 5. No hygiene, dust everywhere. 6. Advertised for air conditioning unit, but no aircond in one of the room - no honest in advertising property) 7. Plug into bathroom for washing machine (no electrical safety) 8. Worn out plug point in hall ( forgot to take pic for evidence) 9. Aircond remote is out battery 🤣 (owner opinion to stay in expensive homestay instead) 10. When passing these honest reviews, owner being defensive at all time.

The home environment is quite calm and comfortable. The view is quite beautiful and filled with greenery.

Cleanliness. A bit dusty in the room. Have to do a deep clean before guests come. The place where the plates are placed is also less clean. Provide kitchen towels to make it easier for guests to clean up..
