The location is near from the venue that went to. Stores and markets available.

Not properly maintained unit. They should’ve fixed the faucet in the kitchen sink because it’s not properly installed wobbly and not sturdy. Bath towels smells.

Located on a busy street and close to key local things. Normal Manila traffic so make plans for delays. Took some time to catch a grab from this location. The security officers were nice and friendly. The host was nice when she came out to meet me, and there is a 100 php/hr early or late check fee.

I left this location a day early and did not even ask for a refund for the following reasons. Infested with cockroaches, I mean from babies on the floor to adults crawling on the bed when trying to sleep. Inside the CR. I only got 3 hours of non-good sleep because of them crawling on me. On the ceiling and in the cabinets. Does not have a Dishwasher, but does have a sink. I would not take my kids here because of the roaches and the danger of them getting into their ears/nose/mouth. This review was on Unit 202 in Building Ukraine. These are huge apartments, so the likelihood is infested by other units is possible; however, it is unsafe to sleep with them crawling everywhere.
