The place is clean & comfy

1. The towels provided were disposable towels which are thin and doesn't really dry up well 2. Generally the building is walk up 4 storey apartment. Area outside is run down and not taken care of well (I guess this is outside the owner's jurisdiction)

"Budget apartment with limited facilities"

Location was good, near to UTAR and eateries The apartment was clean

Musty smell in the room External look of the apartment was very old There were 3 bedrooms, but 2 of them aircond were not cool. We need to move the mattress to the master room and living hall to sleep. No WiFi

Towel and bottled mineral water are provided. The house is clean and comfy.

The water heater of one of the bathrooms was not working. Hairdryer is not provided.
