Sea Breeze Verandas at Anvaya Cove Penthouse Unit with Complete Sea View

Anvaya itself but the Beach and Club access was not possible through this property on peak season anyway. On non-peak, they would have charged a fee per head/per day. At any rate, we didn't need it through them so this was not an issue for us.

In 17 years of vacationing in Anvaya, it is our first time at an owner-managed unit. Sadly, not up to par. Cleanliness was poor and the facilities worn and tired. Particularly: leaking a/c units (living room, second bedroom), they have instructions to not set thermostat cooler than 23 degrees, but it still leaked or splashed droplets. Impossible in the summer. Rangehood light was busted. Bathroom grouting worn and moldy. Scratches, banged up furniture, dusty. Full ashtray and dirty broom pan on the balcony. Sloppy cleaning. Worst part is the service. Unlike Anvaya-managed units (the one next door was) with assistance 24/7, the unit manager was unresponsive from 6pm on the day we checked in until after lunch the following day. 3 numbers through WhatsApp/Viber posted in the unit were unreachable. I was calling about the bedding arrangements. Having paid for a party of 7, I specifically requested for correct beddings. They told me yes, but when we arrived, only 2 queen beds were made. They reasoned that guests were expected to make the 2 pull-out queen beds ourselves. Upon inspection, these were a nasty sight, dusty and stained (photos). Worse, there weren't any bedsheets to fit the pull-outs. They argued there were duvet covers that fit. This was untrue because the closet door inventory listed 3 SINGLE duvet covers. How was that supposed to fit a queen bed? They also said the duvet also served as blankets for additional guests (beyond 4). So you could either choose to cover the stained mattress or use a blanket, but not both?? Made me shudder to think other guests slept on the bare mattress. The unit manager kept arguing after I insisted that they send queen sheets. She finally promised to send them Day 2 afternoon. Never happened. More excuses about the guard's fault. But again, worst was Day 1 being ignored (by call and text), argued with (Day 2) and ultimately lied to, it was an unpleasant experience and very far below Club standards.

The unit was spick & span. The property manager was also very accommodating and attentive to all our requests. Customer Service was excellent from the time we booked the room until we checked-out. It was a last minute booking and I truly appreciate that she was able to accommodate all my inquiries right after i booked the condo unit. We love the Space and amenities—-Netflix access was a plus, fast wifi connectivity and complete kitchen amenities. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you so much!

There are small cockroaches in the kitchen. The AC at the dining are was dripping.

Beddings, towels, furniture, lighting, etc need to be updated and upgraded.

The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the level of comfort exceeded my expectations. From the cozy bedding to the spacious rooms, every aspect of the accommodations was designed with guest comfort in mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

I like the unit location very near the elevator. The room is comfortable with all the amenities needed.

Utensils are complete and thoughtful to have utensils as well for kids. However I suggest to replace the kitchen knife since it is already worn out and loose and somehow unsafe already to use.

There was no breakfast. The location is ok.

I didn't like that the unit manager has a policy of rushing the guests. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. So, for the P 15k + rate for the 20 hours does not equate to what we would consider value for money. The unit caretaker is ok. It's the policy that's problematic.
