"Very central to everything and within walking distance....malls and shops are very close by."

Value for my money. I was not looking for luxury. If I did, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Traffic and noise from neighbors (dogs), but it was tolerable and I was used to it already having grown up in the city myself.

"A truly great find when staying in Iloilo City."

Location is superb. Host is very friendly and helpful. Monitored our late night arrival to make sure we get the right location from the airport. Coffee shop at the ground level was a good option available to guests.

More of a heads up to other guests that the rooms are on the second floor accessible via stairs. Consider this for those travelling with elderly or persons with limited mobility. Stairs was not and issue for us.

It was well located, within walking distance of the Esplanade and Molo church. Well-furnished and great value for money. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.
