"It was a good stay, but facilities should need improvement."

The location was good since it’s near to everything. The owner promptly responded to queries.

There were mosquitoes when we arrived. The AC system got busted so water was dripping to the floor and some of our things got wet. We needed to mop it everytime we came back to the unit and eventually put a casserole on top of the tv to catch the dripping water. The shower is strong but not enough warm temperature. The clock was also not working.

The room os comfortable and clean. Toilet's clean and dry which is very important for me. 😀 there was a bit of wifi problem, but it was resolved at once.

Location is a good. It is close to ayala mall, restaurants. It’s a cute studio room with kitchen appliances and utensils if you like to cook.
